Notice of Language Assistance Services<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

The Montachusett Regional Transit Authority (MART) wishes to inform our consumers that if you do not speak or understand English, translation services are available at no charge. Tell the person helping you that you need language translation and the appropriate interpreter will be made available to you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

MART also has TDD services available for our patrons who have a hearing or speech impairment. Call 800-789-0577. Information about \u201cMART\u201d policies and services can also be provided in accessible formats and are translated to Spanish. If you would like accessibility or language accommodation, please contact MART by phone at (978) 345-7711 or by fax at (978) 345-9867.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Reasonable Modification Policy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

MART is required to make reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures to avoid discrimination and ensure that our programs are accessible to individuals with disabilities.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
