\r\nMART provides regional fixed-route bus and complementary ADA service, as well as other demand-response service. Please explore the menu options of this website to get detailed information on all MART\u2019s services. Please feel free to call 978-345-7711 with any questions regarding MART\u2019s transit services.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nMART Consumers have the right to expect safe, timely, fair and equitable service to be performed. If you do not, please fill out our Customer Feedback form<\/a>. Consumers also have the right to file an ADA or Discrimination Complaint<\/a> as well.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nMART books MassHealth and other Human Service Transportation rides throughout most of the state. If you are a MassHealth\/HST consumer please call 1-800-854-9928 or 1-866-834-9991 or 1-866-834-9992. Please visit hstrides.mrta.us<\/a> for more information.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Intermodal Bus Depot & Fitchburg Commuter Rail Station<\/h3>\r\n100 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA
\r\nHours: 5:00a.m. to Midnight with limited access from 7:30p.m. to midnight (by rail platform only).
\r\nThe Ticket Agency sells commuter rail train and MART bus fares and is open between 7:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
\r\nFixed route bus: Weekdays from 5:25 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n
